• Jordanian Egyptian Fajr for Natural Gas Transmission and Supply. 

Procedures

1. The applicant shall fill the service application form in the Natural Gas Directorate/ Studies Division, and submit the application to the Ministry’s divan for registration, giving it an incoming number and returning it to the Natural Gas Directorate.
2. The applicant shall provide a letter from Greater Amman Municipality or municipalities for stating the opinion of the Ministry of Energy, and the letter shall be transferred to the Ministry’s divan for registration, giving it an incoming number and transferring it the Natural Gas Department.
3. Jordanian Egyptian Fajr Company shall be addressed for studying the project and determining its location whether it intersects or is situated within the grounds of the natural gas pipeline and/or its facilitation.   
4. A letter shall be prepared for Greater Amman Municipality or municipalities consisting of the Ministry’s opinion about the matter.  

Required Documents

• Official letter addressed to the Ministry from Greater Amman Municipality or municipalities.
• Plans indicating the location of the project and its proximity to the natural gas pipeline. 

Persons benefiting from the service

Applicants submitting a requisition to license facilities on plots of land that intersect or is located within the grounds of a natural gas pipeline from citizens or companies
